About me
Currently I am a busy mother to 2 young boys. Over the years I have been pushed to my limits and beyond. I have accumulated tips and tools to help alleviate times of stress and regain a sense of balance. I really wanted to share these, so came up with an 8-week course to create a supportive and nurturing environment to allow for self-inquiry and rejuvenation.

In the past I have worked as a contemporary dancer, dance teacher, yoga teacher, early childhood teacher aide, DJ, swim instructor, cleaner and waitress. In 2016 I was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue, which took me on a journey of self-inquiry and discovery.

Life experience has led me to a desire for making this information accessible to anyone suffering from symptoms of stress and burnout.


Weekly 'Tune In' Sessions

Tuesdays 7.15 - 8.30pm

Starts: 30th October for 6 weeks. Finishes on the 4th December.

This class is something a little different...it's a combination of some or all of the following (classes differ depending on participants current needs)...meditation, stretching/yoga, space for self-enquiry, movement meditation, written exercises and tools to alleviate stress and encourage more inspiration and balance in life. Great for people who like to MIX IT UP a bit. And yes, there will be music too.
Perfect for anyone who feels like they are stuck in a rut, struggling with mood swings/energy levels, very busy people...there will be something in this class for everyone. It is a supportive space to just be.

Nourish My Self is an 8 week course, which provides participants with the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate.
Each 2 hour session creates a supportive and understanding environment for people to explore their needs and figure out what works best to create more balance and calm in their life. This is done through relaxation techniques and simple written tasks.
This course works well over 8 weeks as participants have time to 'soak it up, let it sink in,' relax and practice with support. However 'Nourish My Self' can be altered to suit almost any schedule. Ideal for team-building and self-management skills to improve general well-being of staff/collaborative groups.
The overall aim is for participants to leave with an inner awareness, self- management skills and a tool kit of techniques and ideas to encourage more balance in everyday life.
