About me
Qi gong Teacher

I have been practicing Qi gong for 10 years and have 6 years of teacher training in Yuan Gong. I studied with Yuan Tze, a Qi gong Master from China who developed Yuan Gong, a system of Qi gong. Yuan Qi gong is a gentle movement practice to alleviate stress and pain, enhance your immune system and increase your energy levels. This contemporary method of Qi gong works with 'Qi' (vital life energy) through a series of gentle movements. The practice has many health enhancing benefits, including improved movement, increased energy and relieved tension. It also has a wider application to harmonising emotions and creating a greater sense of wellbeing. My practise of Yuan Gong has helped me overcome old physical injuries, develop calm and focus, given me tools and techniques to help me make positive change and enabled me to experience deeper trust and love in my life. I have always been interested in health and self-development and feel grateful to have found a path that works to enhance these both. I am a mother and I am studying psychology via distance learning. I am motivated to live a life of minimum impact on the environment and I believe that through self-initiated change to ourselves we can positively influence the whole. Qi gong helps me to do this and I look forward to sharing it with you.

Prerequisite to attend classes: Attendance of a 1.5 hr workshop to learn the practice.
