Monday 24th September

10:30am-12pm ~ Qigong
With Claire Langley
A gentle form of exercise, Qigong works on the whole of life by aligning the physical movements with the mind & the breath. The benefits of exercise increase exponentially when these dimensions are added.

Experience a deep relaxation on a physical, mental and emotional level.

7:00-8:30pm ~ Maintenance Monday Yoga
With Noa Parker
A practice to create, expand and maintain space within the body / mind. Build and stretch muscles, increase ease in joints mobility, improve balance and focus.

This class is an invitation to stillness. We will start connecting with the space, grounding in our bodies and let the breath lead us into a mindful practice.

5:30-7pm ~ Find the Balance Yoga
With Julie Stephens
This class will be a great opportunity for you to disconnect from the outside world and re-connect to what's real and important, YOU!
This will be done through movement and deep stretching, allowing the re-connect of body, mind and breath. The class atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable with no pressure whatsoever.

7-8:30pm ~ Weekly Tune In
With Nadia Dysart
A unique and supportive space to breathe, reflect and rejuvenate. Through a combination of meditation, observation, stretching and relaxation, Nadia offers gentle guidance to help strengthen your inner awareness and empower you with practical tools to encourage more balance and calm in everyday life.

With Ange Palmer
An opportunity to discuss your health issues with a medical herbalist in order to assess whether herbal medicine is right for you. Leave with a complimentary herbal tea blend and some useful information to get, or stay well. Ange Palmer is a member of the NZ Association of Medical Herbalists and has been in practice for 17 years.

1-2:30pm ~ Holistic Reset, Polarity Therapy
With Marsha Jones
Marsha invites you to take a mini-break and sample some techniques of Polarity Therapy with tuning forks for relaxation & balance. (Comes with a $10 discount when booking a future full session).

1-2:30pm ~ Feldenkrais & Biofeedback
With Thomas Spring
Feldenkrais: Experience how you can move with ease and power. Prevent or recover more quickly from injury. Enhance your health and wellbeing.
Biofeedback: Tap in the potential of your breath to stay calm and alert when life gets hectic.

12:10-1pm ~ Lunchtime Reset Yoga
With Sam Loe
With a focus on sensing and fully inhabiting your body this yoga session will release any tension gathered in the shoulders and upper back, build some balance and strength in the lower body and end with a rejuvenating relaxation.

4:15-5:15pm ~ Mid-Week Restore & Refresh Yoga
With Sue Hallas
A 1-hour pause in your week, doing supported poses to restore your energy and peace of mind, and refresh yourself for the days ahead. Iyengar yoga and therapeutic principles are the basis of Sue's teaching.

Thursday 27th September

8-9am ~ Get The Day Flowing
With Sue Hallas
In this 1-hour session, you'll flow from pose to pose (brief holds) with Sue, maintaining the alignment that Iyengar yoga is known for, while you invigorate your body and clear your mind.

12:10-1pm ~ 'User's Guide To Hamstrings' - Natural Movement Workshop
With Penny Olsen
Tight hamstrings are a key issue for knee, hip, low back, and pelvic floor issues. Muscles become tight by postural habits. Join Penny O to discover what your posture is telling you and learn new movement habits that can make a difference to your hamstrings...and the rest of your body!

7:15-9pm ~ The Menopause Lab - A Faciliated Conversation
Facilitated by Ange Palmer, Medical Herbalist.
As mature women we know that hormones are not simple and at menopause we each have our own route to navigate through these changing times. Come together with other wise women to gain information, share ideas and experiences. Finish with a gentle and relaxing yoga pose. Leave with a better understanding of your own menopause and maybe a map to go forward.
Friday 28th September

9:15-10:15am ~ Yoga Refresher
With Alejandra Mires
This is an opportunity for those new to yoga or for those who are keen to unroll their mat after a break, to visit the foundations of a mindful and safe yoga practice. The class will focus on basic breathing, alignment and flow.

6-7pm ~ Rest & Restore Yoga
With Naomi Dakin
A therapeutically focussed class, with an invitation to slow down and move towards a place of rest and stillness. The class will start with some gentle movement and gradually transition into fully supported positions using props, to settle into deep rest and soothe the nervous system.

7:30-8:45pm ~ Embody Movement - Move to Music
With Nadia Dysart
A guided music and dance session designed to get you in tune with your body and get you moving without realising that you're dancing! A great way to find your groove and shake off the week.
