About me
I have been teaching yoga now for 17 years and have had close to 30 years' experience on yoga mats around the world.
I completed my intensive yoga teacher training in Australia back in 2000 (an 18 month course, 6 days a week). During this time I was taught various styles of Yoga including: Hatha (Beginners), Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, Pre-natal, Yoga Therapy, Pranayama, Meditation and Vinyasa Flow. I have been teaching retreats, workshops and classes in Australia, NZ, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Korea, Taipei, Shanghai, Mexico and Bali ever since. Teaching Yoga enables me to pass on all the knowledge of yoga that I have amassed over the years. It is a journey of self-empowerment and discovery which instills confidence and allows us to find and maintain the balance on all levels in our lives. I feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to share such an ancient practice.
My classes are taught in a comfortable, relaxed and nurturing environment where there is no pressure, you always have the freedom to choose the most suitable option for you, from Beginners through to Advanced.
Some of the many amazing Yoga Teachers I have trained under are: Erich Schiffmann, Ana Forest, Seane Corn, David and Sharon Stone (Jivamukti yoga), Andrey Lappa (Universal Yoga), Donna Farhi, Nicky Knoff, Clive Sheridan and Lance Schuler. I look forward to seeing you in class.

Yang / Yin Yoga
This class is designed to focus on every aspect of strengthening your core muscles, which will improve nearly every pose, creating a sense of balance and ease
Power Hour
Monday 5.30-6.30 pm
$15
Set to motivating music, you'll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body.
Deep Stretch
This class will give you the opportunity to stay in each asana (posture) longer to enable you to move deeper into the stretch and therefore increase your flexibility.
