Revive and Restore classes typically begin with a seated meditation and end with a guided savasana. These are beginner styles classes that begin with floor based movement to focus on bringing awareness and strength to the abdominal wall - locating and relaxing the psoas muscle to attain alignment within the spine and then moving into a slow vinyasana flow.
Often class will end with a casual herbal tea circle.
