Yoga and Relaxation for Pregnancy
6 week course on Tuesday nights, 7.30pm-8.45pm starting 27th February
Stay relaxed throughout your pregnancy and prepare your body and mind for birth and beyond. I have been teaching pregnant women for 13 years now and draw on my extensive training as well as my own experience of pregnancy and childbirth to guide expectant mothers through this incredibly precious time. These classes focus on cultivating a sense of relaxation, connecting with the breath and working kindly with movements that create stability in the body and stamina in the mind.
